Gardening
Gardening activities should be considered carefully:
Avoid or postpone lawn-mowing, hedge-cutting or weeding
Compost heaps or rotting plant cuttings can be sources of mould spores: consider using an enclosed composter
Think about using paving and rockeries instead of open lawns
Have a mask that covers both the mouth and nose available
Consult your garden centre for advice on plant varieties that produce lower amounts of pollen or are pollen-free
